Shipping
We aim to ship orders out quickly with turnround times ranging from 2-5 days. This includes shipments with expedited shipping. If you are rushed for your shipment, please email us atinfo@kithandkincollab.com and we will attempt to move heaven and earth for you to receive your goods on time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once packages have been shipped and delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Our default shipper is USPS. If you have special circumstances at your location please include this in your note. Free shipping on orders of $250 or more qualifies you for ground shipping on USPS in the USA. Free shipping does NOT apply to international orders. If you need to expedite an order, additional shipping will be charged.
Please note that once an order is scanned by a USPS carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Kith and Kin Collaboration is no longer liable. Kith and Kin Collaboration is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit. Please remember, as a small outfit, we have access to just as much information as you do when tracking the package.
Domestic Shipping
USPS Priority Mail – All weights and sizes deliver 1-3 days after processing.
International Shipping
We use DHL to ship internationally. We are not responsible for customer or duties assigned upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non refundable.
Returns
Kith and Kin Collaboration gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Please email info@kithandkincollab.com
